Slap on some factor 50, fill your cooler with a few bottles of this easy-drinking pale ale and we’ll see you down at the beach.

Packing a serious citrus punch, this west coast-style hazy pale can be drunk Monday through Sunday, with or without the Californian sunshine!

Ingredients

1 kg Extra Pale Malt
5 g Magnum Hops
12 g Simcoe Hops
12 g Mosiac Hops
3 g Safale US-05

 

Process

Mash: 64-67°C for 60 minutes
Boil Time: 60 minutes 
Hop Addition:
  • At 0 mins (start of boil): 5 g Magnum
  • At 60 mins (end of boil): 4 g Simcoe & 4 g Mosiac
  • At Day 5 (dry hop): 8 g Simcoe & 8 g Mosiac
