Ingredients

1 kg Maris Otter Pale Malt
9 g Bravo Hops
11 g Cascade Hops
6 g Chinook Hops
3 g Safale US-05

 

Process

Mash: 70-73°C for 60 minutes
Boil Time: 60 minutes 
Hop Addition:
  • At 0 mins (start of boil): 9 g Bravo
  • At 45 mins (during boil): 4.4 g Cascade & 2.4 g Chinook
  • At 60 mins (end of boil): 6.6 g Cascade & 3.6 g Chinook
