Ingredients
980 g Maris Otter Pale Malt
20 g Caramunich Malt
4 g Columbus Hops
7.5 g Citra Hops
7.5 g Simcoe Hops
7.5 g Amarillo Hops
3 g Safale US-05
3 x Zest of Fresh Oranges
Process
Mash: 68-71°C for 60 minutesBoil Time: 60 minutes
Hop Addition:
- At 0 mins (start of boil): 3 g Columbus
- At 45 mins (during boil): 1.5 g Citra, 1.5 g Simcoe & 1.5 g Amarillo
- At 55 mins (during boil): Zest of 3 Fresh Oranges
- At 60 mins (end of boil): 1.5 g Citra, 1.5 g Simcoe & 1.5 g Amarillo
- At Day 5 (dry hop): 4.5 g Citra, 4.5 g Simcoe & 4.5 g Amarillo
