Target OG (Original Gravity): 1.047
Target FG (Final Gravity): 1.005
Bitterness: 47 IBU
Estimated ABV: 5.5%

 

Ingredients

980 g Maris Otter Pale Malt
20 g Caramunich Malt
4 g Columbus Hops
7.5 g Citra Hops
7.5 g Simcoe Hops
7.5 g Amarillo Hops
3 g Safale US-05
3 x Zest of Fresh Oranges

 

Process

Mash: 68-71°C for 60 minutes
Boil Time: 60 minutes 
Hop Addition:
  • At 0 mins (start of boil): 3 g Columbus
  • At 45 mins (during boil): 1.5 g Citra, 1.5 g Simcoe & 1.5 g Amarillo
  • At 55 mins (during boil): Zest of 3 Fresh Oranges
  • At 60 mins (end of boil): 1.5 g Citra, 1.5 g Simcoe & 1.5 g Amarillo
  • At Day 5 (dry hop): 4.5 g Citra, 4.5 g Simcoe & 4.5 g Amarillo
