Smooth as they come. Pitch black stout that’s crammed with rich dark chocolate and roasted coffee flavourings. A handful of breakfast oats makes this stout taste a lot better than your morning porridge and creates an amazing velvet feel.

700 g Maris Otter Pale Malt
90 g Chocolate Malt
60 g Torriefied Wheat
60 g Caramunich Malt
40 g Roasted Barley
50 g Torriefied Oats
6 g Northern Brewer Hops
3 g Safale US-05
5 g Maltodextrin
10 g Cocoa Powder
Process
Mash: 70-73°C for 60 minutesBoil Time: 90 minutes
Hop Addition:
- At 0 mins (start of boil): 6 g Northern Brewer
- At 75 mins (end of boil): 5 g Maltodextrin & 10 g Cocoa Powder
